I recently tried contacting MBeautyLounge about placing an order, it has been over a week now. I have gotten no response and have been hearing that people are having troubles getting orders from them. I am posting this because I can no longer recommend them and I advise those who are thinking about placing an order not to. I am sad that they have not responded and are getting a bad name. I loved the orders that I have placed with them before but unfortunately from now on I will not be doing business with them.

A LOT of people had an issue with m beauty lounge when the OPI Black Shatter came out.

I was so stupid I should not trust this site.
I ordered from Mbeautylounge on like April 1, and I just recieved my order yesterday (May 9th). It is safe, they even gave me a free nail polish and refunded my money for a nail polish I had ordered which was out of stock. It just takes suuuper long to get the order. I live in Canada and it took a little over 5 weeks, so don't worry I'm sure it'll come just be patient.
ReplyDeleteI tried contacting them again and it seems like everyone else, still cannot get an answer. I saw they have the new collections posted on the site, some sold out. Even after all the complaints after Black Shatter released and not being able to contact them about anything I will not be doing business with them again.
ReplyDeleteI have heard a few people filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau(BBB.com) and getting a response that way.
I ordered from Mbeautylounge last May 27, 2011 and with confirmation for 1-3 days upr priority delivery. But there is no actual delivery until now June 9, 2011. The sad part is they cannot be contacted. they dont have any telephone number. They can onle be reched through one email address that does not respond or takes too long to reposnd. I ordered almost usd180. Hope this is a legitimate site and just longer delivery and not a fraud.

i dont recommend buying from this site since they are not customer friendly. You cant contact them at all with your non-dleiveries.

i got schemed by them as well... i order $60 on polishes, it has been over a month and not has been received, i tryed contactim them, they simply do not reply... a lot of people has also been schemed by this phony website... do not buy from them... they are fake and fraudulent... they charged my cc... i will contact my cc company see if they can help...
ReplyDeleteI bought nail polish from this site twice before and always got my international shipping in under 3 weeks, no problem whatsoever. I ordered a 3rd time, on June 3rd, received payment confirmation on June 4th and shipping confirmation on June 7th. I haven´t received my package yet and the tracking number they provided me with shows no activity. I´ve sent them countless messages through their website and one email, no response, I even filed a complaint with the Ohio Better Business Bureau, I hope that with their help I can solve this mess. I don´t understand how they can be so rude and just take your money and not reply to a single message! I hope I get my order, I´ve read that some people have waited 5 to 6 weeks and got their polishes in the end.

I ordered my polishes ($180USD) over 5 weeks ago now and am still waiting. The tracking number indicates it was shipped straight after my payment. Email response is very slow and when I did get a reply it was very unprofessional and not informative at all. I have no actual tracking number I can follow up with customs or postal services because they have so far failed to provide one. I have read many bad reviews since placing my order and am now concerned this is a fraudulent company. IF my order ever arrives, I will never order from them again. Many better companies online even if they do cost a bit more. I will seek a refund from my credit card company.
ReplyDeleteI ordered 5 polishes from mbeautylounge on June11th and recieved payment confirmation and tracking number 2 days after. I had heard nothing from them for 2 months until i checked my tracking number and it showed no activity (information processing) since June 28th. I recieved my nailpolishes on August 18th 2011, 2 were missing but they sent a free mini Essie and a credit for the 2 nailpolishes which weren't sent. On thier website they say to wait up to 40days for international (canada) orders, mine was over 70 days, it came in the end but they never responded to my emails, they shutdown the email address for 2 weeks and then just never responded. I wouldn't use them again but am glad i wasn't scammed!

I got no tracking order and I can't see my order in their site because when I try to sign in , it says authentication failed.. Still i've received order number , payment accepted and order confirmation messages.. I send an e-mail but they doesn't answer...... thank god i ordered just 2 polishes....

ReplyDeleteI just filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them. I ordered once from them and got it very fast with no problems. This time, stupid me, ordered $255 worth of polishes. I've been waiting 3 weeks and nothing, no e-mail replies and no up-to-date tracking. I requested my money back through BBB because I'd rather spend more somewhere else rather than have this company thrive on my hard-earned $$ !! This has never happened to me, it's pure theft =((
ReplyDeleteI ordered through them and it took 5 weeks to come and one of the polishes was the wrong one, and got no response to my email. unfortunately living in australia OPI is $20 a bottle... a bit ridic but i'm too obsessed to not buy it! where do you get your polishes from now?

ReplyDeleteI ordered on 12/5, on 12/6 they sent me a tracking number and said it would take 2-3 days to get to me. It is now 12/22 and the things I ordered were for gifts for tomorrows Xmas party! I looked up the tracking on the USPS site because the link they sent me never updates and USPS say that on 12/7 they were made aware that a package was on it’s way, however, it never made it to them! I have emailed them and they don’t write back. I looked on my bank statement and this phone number comes up next to that purchase: 614.218.9032 but no one answers it. I’m SOOOO frustrated, I spent over $100 and it’s for nothing! Whether or not I get my package, I will NEVER buy off this website again, it’s an absolute joke that the service is THIS bad.
I too have not heard from them when contacting them. They did not send my whole order and there was no explanation as to why. They did give me a voucher for the amount off on my next order, but I don't trust them enough to order again. I want a refund. Absolutely, no reponse and no phone number

They leave out items in the order (left out 4 polishes in mine), took over 5 emails to finally respond and then sent me a voucher code that did not work, not to mention the fact I was over charged an extra $7 postage. Customer service is nearly zero. Don't order from them, go somewhere else reputable even if you have to pay a little more, as you'll end up saving in the long run! Wish I had read reviews beforehand!
ReplyDeleteI ordered 4 nail polishes from mbeautylounge.com. All seemed ok since I got a shipping confirmation the next day. I checked the status religiously waiting for it to update. After 10 days of waiting, I sent an email... Got no response. I went on to the site and emailed them through there... Got no response. I sent quite a few messages too. They finally mailed it two days ago... Still never got a response. I got the package today and it was missing two of the polishes. On the receipt, it shows a credit. I checked the credit status on the site and it said I have no credits. I checked my bank account and no refund of the difference. Not only do they owe me for the two missing polishes, they owe me the difference in shipping which is 4.75. I have a feeling I will have to contact my bank and start a case. Ugh! Never use this site!

ReplyDeleteI'm from Australia and I have ordered 2 times from this website, i have gotten my orders both times, it just takes a really long time to come via post :( They gave me a free mini polish and credited 2 that they didn't have in stock. I haven't had any problems with them so far.

The second time they sent my order (it did take a long time but did eventually arrive) only for them to give me a credit that I wasn't aware of... so to use that credit I had to buy a whole heap of nail polishes to make it worth the 35 dollars for shipping finally arrives and I have polishes missing from my order. Not as bad as some of the testimonies I've read but still annoying never ever buying from them again
ReplyDeleteI Ordered 6 polishes, received 5. No credit and the packing slip states 6 were sent. No reply to emails. From reading reviews this sounds common. It adds a couple of dollars to the dirt cheap price they advertise per bottle, is probably how they make a profit. Annoying thing is the color I didn't get was the one I wanted the most. ReplyDeleteHi. I ordered early august! Still don't have my $200.00+worth of polishes. Tracking is crap. They respond but claim it is customs. I actually import from a few companies in the USA to Australia most it takes all of them is 3 weeks. I am definately going to open a payment dispute with PayPal or cc company (I purchase so many have to look how I paid) ! Absolute crap service. An also now wondering if their opi is real!

I was getting a little worried about my OPI order of 12 bottles when I checked all these reviews, but I just received them and they are all correct and in tact. I’m in Australia and ordered them on the 28 Nov and received them today 18 Dec. So not too long and very happy with the service as I contacted them a couple of times to check on the progress and received replies within 48 hours. Not bad I think :)

Hi guys, if in case people are still interested, I purchased on 5th March 2013 and received my order today 10th April 2013. They did say up to 40 days for international delivery (Sydney, Australia). Receive all 17 bottles in perfectly packaged condition and all correct. Very happy and will definitely buy again.
ReplyDeleteJust a quick FYI about the online site 'M Beauty Lounge'. STAY CLEAR! I ordered a bottle of nail polish from their site on 24th April, 2013...60 DAYS later I am still waiting! I live in Canada not Siberia, so their delivery time is a sham! Made a claim against them with MasterCard, so I hope I get some if not all of my money back :-|

I should have been weary when I realised you cant paypal. after having trouble contacting them, I finally found their contact form and after inquiring, recived an automated response that was no help. after hounding them for the last week I received a response that simply had the tracking muber, so personalisation whatsoever. anyway tracking states it was only sent last week! probably after my first email. anyway I just left another message with them but am not holding my breath for any type of response. here is my email: hi again. thankyou for finally providing tracking. I must say though that your customer service and ease of contact is seriously lax. I have been waiting for my order for nearly 2 months now. when I contacted you a week ago you sent me an automated response. now I finally get a tracking number and the tracking says the parcel left the US only last week. so does this mean you actually forgot to send it? or it was on backorder? I doubt it took 6 weeks to even leave the country after you posted it, your postal services cant be that poor. I received no communication to tell me anything. when I emailed last week, had you of said it hadn't even been sent yet I would have cancelled the order. But I am assuming you probably already expected this, hence the miscommunication. now I can do nothing but wait and waiting 2 months for a product I have already paid for is totally unacceptable. by the time my parcel gets to me (assuming it even does ) it will be july, and I ordered in april! ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you about avoiding this site! It has been 65 days since I first ordered the polish from the MBeauty site and still NO POLISH. I live in Canada not Russia, so shipping/customs are NOT an issue! This company and the people that work there are nothing but fraud artists, liars AND thieves! I even made a complaint against the company with the Better Business Bureau in Ohio. Sadly, I received an email today from the BBB saying that they made numerous calls to MBeauty Lounge to get some resolution for me all to no avail. MBeauty Lounge did NOT respond to the BBB inquires, so the BBB had no recourse but to close my complaint and add it to over 125 other complaints against this company! I guess I won't be seeing the polish I ordered or the $26.50 I paid for it. BEWARE...RUN AWAY FROM MBEAUTY LOUNGE...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. FYI...MBeauty Lounge has recently updated their online site trying to make it look more legit I suspect...Don't be FOOLED by it!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI really hate to be the bearer of bad news BUT MBeautyLounge gets a lot of their polishes (especially the discontinued/older ones) from overseas. Yes, they are FAKE OPI polishes! They DO have original OPI polish, such as the shatters, etc. but most are fake. Once you place an order, they then place the order overseas. Add in the time to make the fake and ship it into the states and then repackage and ship it out to you...also the more rare a polish is, the longer it takes to make the fake color. They are thrifty and wait to make the polish in large batches. Any time you order from ANYWHERE online and it takes too long to get it...yep! fake! And for those of you who think you can tell a fake bottle of OPI from the original, think again. They have gotten the look very close. I learned the hard way myself and I hope this helps...Buy American...
