Chains, Rhinestones, and Roses

 I haven't had much time this week to do really anything with my nails, other than remove the peacock design, but I was going through all of the old files I have on my computer and found these pictures that I never posted. Why, I don't know, but I figured I would share them with you guys.
 These pictures were taken about a year ago while I was still living in Japan. I believe I used OPI Don't Touch My Tutu for the tips and Care to Danse? over the entire nail with a bit of silver holographic glitter, rhinestones, chains, and fimo roses.

TiNS The Happy Milk

 Such a weird name, The Happy Milk, but a beautiful polish. It is a milky, translucent white with iridescent glitter, very soft looking. It is a bit sheer, despite being a tad thick, and I used three coats here with topcoat since it dries somewhat dull and bumpy. You can see a tiny hint of my nail line but I still love it.

Essence Mellow Yellow Topped With Holo Bar Glitter

 Today I have Essence Mellow Yellow, from Marketta, and a Japanese brand called Pa number A37. 

 Mellow Yellow is a beautiful buttery yellow but it did need three coats to even out. The Pa A37 is a holo bar glitter in a clear base, it's different than the usual holo glitter and I really liked this combo. I'm not too big into the "hairy polishes" but a few of them look pretty interesting.

Japanese Brand Sweets Sweets

 Sweets Sweets is a Japanese drug store brand as far as I know and today I have a foil of theirs, NL41, which is a green glass flake with gold shimmer. It reminds me of one of the Zoya polishes that came out over the summer, Apple I think it was. I'm glad I gave in and picked this one up, very pretty.
 I used three coats and it covered well and dried pretty quick. You can see a bit of nail line but it wasn't visible out of the light box.

Pa Rock Top Yellow

 You guys probably know by now that I am not a huge fan of the shatter, crackle or whatever you want to call them polishes but when I was out a few weeks ago picking up some things for a swap I saw they finally had these in. I only picked up the yellow because it looked really interesting to me, I wanted the pink but it was already sold out and I doubt they will be getting more in. 

 The yellow did break apart really well for me and didn't dry too fast so I had plenty of time to work with it. I tried this over Reflecting Pool, you can tell by my cuticles that I had it on a few days before I tried the Rock Top and wore it like this for a few more days. I can honestly say I liked this one. 

Japanese OPI

 Hey guys, I just wanted to share what I got yesterday, Japanese OPI! Three are from the 2007 Yokohama collection and the other is from the Sweet Pink collection. Left to right are Pink Cupcake, Yokohama Twilight, Baby Blue and Cherry Blossom. I am so excited to finally have these and I can't wait to wear them!

 The next Halloween tutorial should be up later or early tomorrow!
