Sinful Colors Sweet Nothing with Unicorn

Hey guys! It's been a long week for me. On Monday I started Nail Tech School! I wasn't sure if I was going to announce it here but thought I should. It's something I have been wanting to do for a while now and finally just decided to go for it. If everything goes as planned I should graduate the end of April or beginning of May.
Today I have Sweet Nothing, from the Sugar Rush Collection, a beautiful turquoise blue. I paired it with Unicorn, a light yellow, since they seemed to compliment each other fantastically. Picture is two coats of Sweet Nothing with Unicorn Dotted around the cuticle on my ring finger followed by top coat.

  3. /Congrats - glad you shared with us. I often thought about enrolling but don't think with my disabled status I could deal with the hours. Also the smell of the acrylics would do me in...and so few techs now will even do acrylic nails but you need to learn to work in them to make add ons/details/art work. Many places you rent stations in won't let you use acrylics either esp if inside of beauty salons due to cust complaints on the smell. Being done in April seems fast - that appeals to me - only a couple months! But like with hair it's what you learn after school and updates going to shows that keeps adding to what you learn and know.

  4. I'm so happy for you! I've been following your blog for a long time now, but I don't think I've ever commented. I've wanted to because we have a lot in common! I also used to live in Japan with my husband. We recently returned to the states and I am starting Nail Tech school on Tuesday! I'm excited to know there are others out there like me, obsessed with nail polish and nail art. I've been practicing for a while now, mostly on my friends' toes... I'm not nearly as good as you, but aspire to be! Your work is very inspiring! I just wanted to wish you the best of luck at nail school. I'm sure you're rocking it! Thanks for sharing your talent!!!
