Hey guys, today I have a few polishes from the China Glaze Cirque Du Soleil: Worlds Away that ties in with the Cirque Du Soleil movie coming out soon. I was really excited for these to pop up and was lucky enough to be there when my store put them out and got first pick!
Get Carried Away is a sheer black jelly base with small black and white hex glitter, medium red, silver and black hex glitter, and black bar glitter. It is thick and chunky and would benefit from some thinner. I really prefer this one layered, at three coats a lot of the glitter gets lost. Picture is three coats with top coat.
It's A Trap-eze! is a milky white base with small and medium multicolored glitter. The formula was a bit thick as well. Picture is three coats with top coat.
I paired Whirled Away and Running in Circles because I thought they would look amazing together.
Whirled Away is a clear base with black bar, black medium hex and large white hex glitter. I have to admit I was slightly disappointed by it, the white glitter in this on is sparse, really any of the glitter in this one is, and you have to somewhat fish it out to get any. Running In Circles is a sheer green glass flake and is absolutely gorgeous! Picture is two coats of Running in Circles followed by two coats of Whirled Away with top coat. Please excuse the dog hair on my middle finger, our dog has long hair to begin with but is currently shedding.
Water You Waiting For is a blue base with blue, green and purple glitter. It certainly does remind me of water. Picture is three coats with top coat.
Have you spotted these out yet? What are your favorites?

I love It's A Trap-eze! The rest of this collection, while very cool, is still a pass for me .
ReplyDeleteI love Worlds Away and Its a Trap-eze. Such fun glitters! And I am excited that from all the reviews I have read there have been no real application issues. Love China Glaze!
ReplyDeleteI really liked the color combos and hex glitter in Get Carried Away!
ReplyDeleteThat blue glitter is pretty!
ReplyDelete"Water you waiting for" is sooooo beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI've really been looking forward to these! Shame about the thickness of the first two, but I'm hoping that layering them will give them a bit of a boost and cut down on the unevenness.
ReplyDeleteI wasn't particularly excited about Water You Waiting For from the bottle shots, but it is seriously stunning. ^_^
I want get carried away sounds good
ReplyDeleteI have my eyeballs on a # of the ones in this collection - so far as of 2 days ago they have not appeared at my Sally's. I am going to call today but usually the sales help there has no clue what is what on call ins. If I am in the store and ask about something in particular, they seem to know more. Often they have to go in back to pull something for me as the store never has room to display everything they have esp at holiday. Good to know you have formula issues with some. I can deal with thick polish usually - cannot wait to get my paws on It's A Trap-eze! and Water You Waiting For? despite the latter one I have read from some bloggers, they did not like at all - I don't have anything at all that looks like the now many indies out there like Sticks & Stones so this will be a treat for me.
