Eye Am Watching You!

Happy Halloween guys! If you are on the East coast I hope you are doing well! Just a quick post today, I wanted to try this design but I didn't have much time plus I have a nasty break on my index nail so I ended up only doing the eyes on one. The base is China Glaze Cast A Spell and the eyes are done with acrylic paint.

And bonus pictures of our pumpkins we carved and our dog, Sasha, dressed as a wolf in sheep's clothing for Halloween!

Do you celebrate Halloween? If you do, what are your plans?

Black Cat with Skull, Glitter and Stones

Hey guys, I hope you had a great weekend! Sadly, this might be my last Halloween design for the year, I've been busy with work and haven't been able to do much. There is another design I want to do but I don't know if I will have time to get it posted before Wednesday, we will see.
This design came from a travel cup I bought last week, I couldn't pass it up because it was orange, glows in the dark and had cats, skulls and pumpkins on it! Since I have been pressed for time lately I only did the design on my left hand ring finger, the base is OPI A Roll In The Hague covered with China Glaze Ghoulish Glow and a bit of Glitter Goblin, the cat and skull are acrylic paint. The rest of my fingers are a base of black polish with Orly R.I.P on my middles, China Glaze Glitter Goblin on my right hand ring finger and China Glaze Ghoulish Glow with stones on the rest.

Candy Corn Half Moon with Bats, Stones and Tutorial

Hey guys, I have a quick and easy Halloween design with a tutorial for you today! I haven't had as much time this year to do many designs for Halloween as I would like but I am trying to get one or two more done before it is over.
The design for today is a yellow and orange half moon with simple bats and stones.

If you would like to see the tutorial keep reading.

Halloween Skulls, Spiders and Webs

Hey guys! Just a quick post today. I have been sick the past few days but I did manage to do some nail art. I started off with some easy spider webs on all fingers except for the middle finger and added a spider on my ring finger with a stone for the body, you can see my tutorial for spiders and webs here, then added simple skulls to the middle fingers. I used OPI Black Onyx as my base and the rest is acrylic paint.

Orly R.I.P.

Hey guys! I haven't really had time to do any Halloween designs but, hopefully, I will this coming week. I am dying to do some nail art but today I have another Halloween nail polish.
Orly R.I.P, from the Spellbound collection for Halloween, is a black jelly base with small and large orange hex glitter. The base is pretty sheer but it builds up well or can be easily layered over black. Personally, I like it alone to get the depth of the glitter in the multiple coats. Picture is three coats with top coat.

Another Pink Plaid

Hey guys, a quick post today! I've had this pink with silver shimmer Japanese nail polish I picked up at the dollar store back before we left Japan and have never tried it and couldn't get plaid out of my mind so that's what I did. While I'm not sure, I had to look it up online because the label is all Japanese, I think the name is Art Collection Salon Nails in Office Pink. It did have a website on the bottle in English that you can check out here if you like. Picture is three coats of the pink polish and the rest is acrylic paint.

China Glaze Bizarre Blurple and Make A Spectacle

Hey guys! Today I have the last two polishes from the China Glaze Wicked collection for Halloween.
Bizarre Blurple, as the name suggests, is a purple base packed with blue shimmer. Picture is two coats with top coat.

Make A Spectacle is a clear base with various sizes of iridescent glitter. I was surprised with this one, at first I thought I wouldn't care for it but now that I have tried it I really do like it. Picture is one coat of Make A Spectacle over Bizarre Blurple.

Rainbow Honey The Yokai Collection

Hey guys! Today I have a new collection from Rainbow Honey called The Yokai collection. If you haven't heard of Rainbow Honey before, they make some amazing polishes and I am blow away by their packaging as well, you can check them out at RainbowHoney.com or on Facebook.
The Yokia is a limited edition collection that is set to release on October 13th. It includes Kitsune, Oni and Kawako. First up is bottle shots and the packaging.

Now for the polishes in the Yokai collection.
Kawako, the mischievous river child, a deep blue base with small silver and blue flakes and what seems like iridescent larger flakes, you might be able to spot one on my ring finger. It does make application of this polish a little more difficult because some of the larger flakes tend to hang over the edge of the nail but it is manageable. Picture is two coats with top coat.

Kitsune, the magical white fox, is a light nude base packed with brown glitter, orange and gold holographic glitter along with a fine gold shimmer. Picture is two coats with top coat. This one was a bit thick but nothing a few drops of thinner shouldn't be able to take care of.

I saved my surprise favorite for last, Oni, the malevolent wild demon, a dark brown base with gold and purple flakes. I think it is absolutely stunning! Picture is two coats with top coat.

Do you have a favorite from this collection, will you be picking any up?

China Glaze Cast A Spell and Comparison to It's Alive

Hey guys! I have another polish from the China Glaze Wicked collection today. Cast A Spell is a dark blackened green base with green and gold shimmer. Picture is two coats with top coat. The formula was fabulous on this one, it barely needed a second coat.

And because at first I thought Cast A Spell might be close to It's Alive, the green from last years Halloween collection, I had to compare them. As you can see, they are quite different.

China Glaze Glitter Goblin

Hey guys! I had meant to post this yesterday along with Immortal since I layered it over that but I didn't get the chance to edit through all the photos and I couldn't wait to post Immortal so it had to wait until today.
Glitter Goblin, a clear base with orange, silver and holographic glitter, was the only polish I had planned on getting from the Wicked collection. Even though Immortal was a surprise favorite of mine, Glitter Goblin is a close second! Picture is one coat of Glitter Goblin over Immortal with top coat.

China Glaze Immortal

I finally spotted the China Glaze Wicked collection for Halloween yesterday in our area. At first, I wasn't loving really anything but after seeing them in person I couldn't decide which ones to get. Roguish Red is pretty boring but I loved the rest!
First up today is Immortal, it's a light grey with blue and purple shimmer. I have to say I think this might be my favorite of the collection. Picture is two coats with top coat but could have used a third in some spots.
